We face obstacles in improving school safety due to extreme partisanship from both sides. But together, we can work towards finding solutions that are fair and inclusive for all members of our community. Your input and support will help us in our ongoing efforts to research non-partisan and anti-oppressive strategies to tackle these issues.
Otherwise known as "SOE", it represents a landscape impacting the well-being of individuals, communities, and organizations.
The SOE combines notable enhancements to the Operational Envionment defined by the US Joint Chiefs of Staff manuals, with the Socio-ecological model of Human development. We use this paradigm to gain insights into the connections between notable events and facts related to this project. We encourage you to do your own research. Connect the dots. Share what you find.

By way of multiple small-scale victories, the People can exploit the critical vulnerabilities of any number of adversaries. With most people contributing one task inbetween elections, the People can realize victories in these systems:

Examine the happenings across these real-life systems: Economic, Political, Social, Information, Infrastructure, and Military. Organize your findings, share the findings.
Determine the means and ways to achieve specific objectives for your cause. Pick objectives you can confidently deliver within weeks not years.
Deliver small-scale victories in favor of your cause. Be creative. Take risks. Celebrate the victory. Share what your actions reveal about the adversaries.
In this dynamic environment, adapt to new facts and new perspectives. Take progress over perfection. In revising your base assumptions, you may find it a good time to switch up tactics.

Keeping an open mind, when looking at how facts connect within a system or across multiple systems, can offer valuable insight into how to respond.
